My boyfriends family is like that, really "good" cooking. I stayed with them for a few weeks and gained about 7 pounds... oi vey! This time around I'm going to stop eating the sweets they give me and make a huge salad and minimize all other portions and drink water!

That happened to me too. I thought the scale was broken lol. It's accurate on hard surfaces.

Drink a lot of water! I chug water like no one's business and eat light the next day. Don't feel bad or anything! It's a celebration day just be tighter on eating this week :) Also if you weighed after eating that's probably what bumped you up on the scale. I know I didnt gain 5 pounds in 7 hours :)

When I was on vacation in New York I went to the starbucks and I was dying to get a low fat blueberry muffin. I get there and the thing is 400 calories! I thought twice and got a banana :) So yes I would get something different and healthier if I knew the calorie count.

I just used the can of soda and cake mix and it worked great! I topped it with light whipped cream. super yummy!

I make a homemade egg mcmuffin :) 1 egg, 1 pice of ham, 1 piece of low fat cheese and an english muffin. It was around 250 calories and super good and filling

That happened to me for a while. My body needed a kick start, I guess to shock it into burning fat so I would start running intervals. Start at 3.5 for 5 minutes and then go up a half every 30 seconds and go back down to 4.0 for about 30 minutes. It's a workout and it helped. Also watching sugar intake. I never knew how…

When I'm craving something sweet like cake I make a box cake but instead of eggs and butter/oil I put a can of diet soda and top it with cool whip. It makes 24 servings with only about 69 calories per slice.

I noticed after I lost 10 pounds in my face, but only after looking at pictures. I lost 10 pounds recently and didnt notice, my boyfriend did though and pointed it out.

I gave those up for Chip'ins. Theyre by indiana popcorn from sams. I prefer them more than chips. It's like a popcorn version of a chip. Super good that I can eat 18 for only 130 cals.

oi vey! Oh cheesecake factory.. too many calories for me.. I lived in an apartment where cheesecake factory was maybe 100 feet from me.. So glad I only went once.

I have the same problem! I have a bit of cellulite in my thighs which makes me super conscious in shorts. Seeing that its over a 100 degrees here makes it worse.
