  • It definitely works. I took the calorie limit, and then increased working out while staying under it. I would say every body is different though so you may end up losing more and maybe even less. Either way I think its a really solid limit that you shouldn't pass.
  • From all that I have heard and read, it would seem that walking/running/swimming and your general cardio and interval workouts should do the trick. I've definitely seem my belly go down quite a few over the last 2 months and all i do is the treadmill and elliptical right now.
