hi,its sounds like you exercise every day,i don't think its weight you are putting on,i think its your body turning up more muscle as muscle weighs heavier than fat,take your measurments in inches and you will find that you have lost inches instead of weight,fat turns into muscle.

hi,i had a blood test to determine why my stomach was swollen,i then found out it was every time I had wheat or gluten,the tests came back and I was allergic to wheat,i stopped taking this and found my stomach is no longer swollen since I stopped all wheat products,but I guess everybody is different,i hope this…

I am a mum of five and I am sick and tired of hearing about the celebrities who have got kids but a fit body,they did not look like that through hard work,as soon as the baby is out its a tummy tuck,fat sucked out of them and personal trainers,oh how the rich live,at least we do it through hard work.

Hi,i weigh myself once a week, in the morning would be better as this gives you your true weight,earning calories from exercising is good as it gives you more to eat.:happy:

Hi,i have just joined and from the uk. I know how you feel as I have eaten nothing but fruit and veg meals,i think my husband is unfair to as he is also skinny and sits on the settee at night and munches on crap,i wouldn't mind so much if he would do it elsewhere.
