Stay strong. It's a minor setback but look at it this way - you came back and know what happened and know what you got to do. Log you meals, even if it is way over. This way you can see it and know you don't want to go back there again. Time for positive thoughts. :happy:

Thank you all for the advice. I will not be switching to beer since I don't have a taste for it except for the occasional Corona. I will cut back my wine intake to one night a week and just to one glass then. I'll have to avoid multiple nights were the girls want to have a drink after work. I didn't realize that alcohol…
