Congrats on the wedding! I know that late night snacking was hard for me at first. I was in a habit of doing it... so I took 3 weeks of me making sure to avoid it. By then I made a new habit, NOT EATING ..... it only takes 21 days to make a good habit. good luck, and feel free to add me as well.
