  • thanks for your input guys, atm im aiming to lose 1 kg a week (about 2 pounds) so i am on a 1200 calorie a day meal plan. and i do agree the fats is a little low so i'm going to change it to 40p 30c 30f and see how that works out for me. thanks heaps! ps. also i am using whey protein.
