the only final I'm stressing is college algebra and trig! Really see no point in learning this stuff or the benefits it will have for me throughout my life. there are two forms of creatine. Monohydrate and HCL. Monohydrate is cheap and gives you faster results, and HCL which is a micronized version, that also gives you results, just not as good as monohydrate. had a friend who had the same problem. My friend who was a fitness trainer told him he reached a plateu. All he had to do was increase cardio. He used to do 30 mins. of cardio 4 times a week and changed it to 40 mins 4 times a week. By doing this, he manged to lose more body fat. Maybe you should try this.

it's only the lack in fiber that makes brown rice a better choice. White rice isn't truly bad at all.

have you tried joint support supplements? I used to have the same problem until I bought orange triad by Controlled Labs. It's a multivitamin, a joint support, and helps with digestion. pretty good stuff!

just use unflavored creatine monohydrate. I use the vitamin shoppe brand "body tech". 15 bucks for 510 grams which last about 3 months. Just make sure you get at least a gallon of water a day or else you'll dehydrate!
