haha pull ups will definitely be included into my workout now then. wow! fair play, you body looks so strong. I'll always keep up the cardio though of course, cause I wanna carry on losing general fat whilst building the muscle so yeah. thank you!

hiya :) I'm on a 1200 calorie meal plan, and I know it can be quite hard finding meals/foods that are low enough in calories to fit into it haha. it's so easy to go over. feel free to add me or look at my diary (today isn't such a model day but you can get an idea for some meals) :)

Oh lovely! I haven't been eating vegan for long, only around a month now, and I went from being a complete carnivore to vegan so it was quite a big jump and I'm keen for new recipes all the time, trying to find various dishes that I can vegetable-ise whilst keeping my protein count high. Proving difficult :| aha

yeah I know exactly what you mean, success stories are one of the greatest motivators because they show you how far you'll be able to go if you just stick to it. it's all about consistency and maintaining that motivation! you look as though you've lost a massive amount of weight though, wow. you'll be a success story…

wow! well done! that's amazing, keep it up :D. yeah I can't believe how easy it is to track food! and it's opened my mind up to eating more on exercise days. I've only been on here a few days and I love it already!
