:drinker: :laugh: I took Adipex (sp) well, the generic of it, phentermine (sp) and it did help me loose weight, but it effected my sleep, my attitude it made me more irritable. Definitely not worth taking when you can use tools like MFP to do it the right way. And btw... its pretty damn lolzy that she deactivated, hahahaha

I finally made this tonight and it was INCREDIBlE! I made a few changes though, I did a seafood version with Shrimp and Krab, I also added half a block of tofu. Great flavor and will definitely be making this again soon!

I eat a minimum of 700-1000 calories under my goal amount, and still do around 60-90 minutes on the treadmill at incline every day. I don't have any cheat days earlier. Headaches can also start if your are dehydrated. Make sure your getting more than enough water every day. Cut out as much caffeine as possible too!

I've seen a lot of people post about eating cottage cheese and just settling with the 0% and other types. I've only seen it a few places, but FiberOne makes a cottage cheese that tastes like the good old full fat full flavor varieties but is only 80 calories per serving. Definitely worth looking into!

There are 2 types. Those with tofu, and those without. The ones with tofu usually have about 20 calories per serving, (40 per bag) The website I found has both types, but I figured, if I can get 0, why not! So far my favorite recipe with them was making Vietnamese Seafood Pho. Was delicious!
