So I just switched my routine from 45 min cardio to a 30 min cardio followed up with a 30 min strength training. I've noticed that my HRM gives me the same calorie consumed, does this seem right, is this a good switch? Any thoughts?

Yeah, I am just now getting compliments at the copy machine. Co workers aren't asking me if I'm losing weight but how I'm losing the weight. For my first 20 lbs I did mainly cardo and no weight training. How vital is the weight training/resistince training?

Hi, I'm new to this message board. This question Coltsfam has is something I always contemplated. I want to lose weight so shouldn't I eat less and exercise more. What is the down fall with eating less then the expected calories? Thanks guys
