Thanks for the quick replies! Unfortunately I cant keep lifting heavy, that was the point of my post. With my schedule theres literally no possible way to make it to the gym. So Im gonna give body weight exercises and pilates a try. Thanks!

Yes, I have a deficit of 1000 cals per day roughly. Which breaks down to 2lbs per week. And I was losing 2lbs per week. Until now. And I honestly track cooking fats. I track everything down to a stick of gum.

Im using the FitBit One. And what do you mean Im only eating 300 under my TDEE?

With my morning workout and my job which involves walking all day long yes my tdee is around 2300

I started with Stronglifts and just couldnt stick with it. I spoke to a personal trainer at my gym who set me up on a three day split. I dont get how eating more is gonna help when this deficit hasnt done a thing.

Lol. A DEFICIT of 500-750 a day. I could NEVER eat that little.

Yes I log everything accurately. I weigh EVERYTHING and log even a teaspoon of ketchup or 1 beer. I guess Im just being impatient. I was just so excited when the scale was dropping 2lbs every week then nothing.
