Did this for a while ages ago - lost three stone in what felt like seconds but put it all back on again almost as quickly. It was hell on earth! Felt too tired to exercise, became forgetful, skin went dry and when I got a simple cold it made me so ill I took a week off work. Never again!

I find it pretty easy to get 10,000 steps in on a work day and I do a pretty sedentary job. It's 3000 steps getting to work (2000 from home to station, 1000 from station to work), another 3000 getting home, about 1000 moving around the building during the course of the shift, then I take a walk on my break and that gets me…
