I started seeing results on the scale immediately but on my body not so much. When I look in the mirror sometimes I even think I've gotten bigger. Sometime last week I hit the 20 lb lost mark (from 228) and I don't really see a difference but measurements are showing I've lost 1.5" on my waist, .5" on my neck and .5" on my…

So I bought and sold a house and moved and during that time haven't been around... Can I get back in please? Wasn't sure if I should just add myself to the March tab or ask first.

I bought this one about 3 months ago and though I've always hated something about water bottles I've used before I have no complaints with this one. I haven't had it long, but I think it's very durable (it's the only thing I drink out of as the cats love to knock over glasses of water, so in those three months it's been…

Age: 27 CW: 217.5 lbs GW: 170 lbs Daily Calorie goal: Net of 1,200 Workout: Right now consists of bowflex strength training (I dance or ride the bike in between sets which is why you'll see ridiculous calorie burn for it), a dance workout video, and I use an elliptical as well. Weakness: Fast food and soda. I worked…

I'm not sure exactly but it was somewhere around 3,000. I didn't subtract from that number, I went to the "net" goal of 1,260 that myfitnesspal recommended. I have only actually had 1,260 a few days. Most of the time I eat about 2,000 and work out to get down to the net goal, though only eating the 1,260 has been easier…

Very much so. When I first started and saw how much I was eating I was blown away and couldn't imagine getting to 1,200 a day but working out helps me so much. I try to plan out dinner in advance and then work everything else around it. For me, eating the 1,200 without working out is a tough day, but yesterday for example…

I used to eat about 3,000 calories a day and couldn't believe the net 1,200 but I've managed pretty comfortably for the past 3 weeks. I've been working out way more than the 30 minutes/500 calories a day though.

I picked my wedding day when I found out my husband's and my birthday are exactly 100 days apart (wedding date is in the middle). Also, my husband and I, his father and step mother, my mother and stepfather and father and step mother all have names that start with the same letter (his mother is currently single). 3 of us…

It should be original poster - I can't think of anything else it could be.

My husband is much thinner than I am, though I wouldn't call him skinny. It does make me more self conscious about my weight because I feel terrible when he's 6" taller than me and I weigh more than he does. He has always eaten more than I have even before I started getting serious about losing weight, so that's not so…

I was drinking about 4-5 Dr Peppers a day and finally stopped. I say finally when really it only took a little over a week but it was a horrible week with the headaches and then ending up having some just to make my head stop pounding. But today I haven't had anything to drink but water or milk and it's such a good feeling…

Yeah, the first week was almost impossible to stay under but then I wrote out what I would eat for dinner for the next few weeks and kinda plan working out/lunch around it which has helped quite a bit. The other day for example I wanted McDonalds super bad so I did a 30 min video and then had it. Felt silly working out so…

I don't have any challenge ideas but I'd like to have weekly ones because I think those would be helpful to keep engaged possibly?

Hello! I'm 27, married, 3 dogs and 2 cats. This is my first time attempting weight loss - I've been gaining since high school but started working from home last year which has significantly added weight. I've been eating really poorly for the past year so I haven't done a 360 on that, mainly adding a significant amount of…
