1 onion 1 butternut squash - cubed 1/2 teaspoon of cumin 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon of chilli 1 vegetable stock cube water to cover Fry the onion in frylight Add butternut squash add the spices and cook for 2 mins add the stock cube and cover with water Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins Delicious
