I've been really bad at logging lately so I'm on private diary until I get back into the habit of doing it properly but I find it really encouraging to see other people completing their diary entries so looking for a small handful of consistent loggers :)

Above 3000 on top of my daily intake but I stopped logging after going over. Pretty easy for me to keep eating once I have a hint of sweet. Need to learn portion control! I could be full or feel sick but if there are sweets around, I want them. Always.

Sorry to hear you're having a tough time! I find that I stall sometimes when I go under too much so I try to vary my days a lot but so that they round off to 1200. Are you eating foods that are high in sodium? They tend to retain water and that might be something your body is holding on to
