Good Luck on your journey and remember...little changes to a big difference....I've lost about 50 but it comes and go....this time I'm trying to push through to lose more.... Side Note....I could use new friends too :)

I'm thinking about joining..I'm a little behind but I was able to do 33 consecutive knee push ups (not able to do the traditonal)...so I should start on week 3 seems like alot. I think I should challenge myself because I need to work on my arms and core strength.
