I LOVE LOVE LOVE running in the rain. It's amazing how refreshing it is. Plus the weird looks make it most entertaining. If it's a completely down pour YouTube or I have some Beachbody workouts I love doing.

My problem is the ones that are supposed to work really well aren't made in my size. 40DDD. If anyone finds one that does let me know cause my chin takes a pounding. JK! But seriously I wish they did make them bigger. That would solve so many problems.

Nothing really makes runs comfortable for curvy girls. I wear a regular with a sports bra and then a tight tank on top then my shirt. Sometimes if I really go all out it still hurts when I'm done. If the bra's too tight I feel like I can't breathe. Damned if you do damned if you don't.

I hear all these stories about Planet Fitness I go there and the location I go to doesn't care what you do. I hear people grunt, drop weights and they never say anything. I wipe them down when I use them for squats and I know I dripping sweat. Other than that I don't.

I plan my meals and my workouts for the week. Prep days are Sundays and everything is in its own container ready for me to grab! Makes things easier for me if I don' t have to think about it.

I always thinking in terms of sticks of butter. 1lb is 4 sticks of butter. So you lost 8!! That's a whole lotta butter. You want slow progress it lasts longer. Your body will adjust and maintain so you can keep it off. Keep you're head and realize that any progress is good progress!

I had the same experience. I actually avoided the free weights because it looked like such a boys club. I sucked it up and blasted my music and never looked around. Now guys actually make space for me and speak to me. You have to prove that you deserve to be there just as much as they do. Don't let them intimidate you.…

Swimming is a fantastic low impact cardio exercise. It never hurts to switch things up. Honestly when it comes to results you'll get results regardless if you put in the work and are making healthy food choices. IMO

Definitely stretch and make sure you're wearing good supportive shoes. Running on pavement has a bigger impact on the joints or at least I feel like it does.

I simply look in the mirror and realize I want my flab to go away. Plus I really like the workout I'm doing. I want it gone more than I want to sit on the couch and watch a movie. You gotta find your own motivation! Gotta think of it more of a reward than work. That's just my opinion!
