Although I have just started. I have lost 14lbs in about 5 weeks. I have decreased fried foods which decreased my fat intake, Iam eating more vegetables and fruit, I eat small amt. of carbs and most important, I am going to the gym [moving]. Looking for a life style that is healthy and productive.
