Hi Marie--We can beat anything we put our minds too!! I have a lot of weight to lose!! No more sitting on the couch watching The Biggest Loser while eating a bag of chips for me:laugh: And yes I actually did this:wink: Kind of a wake up call!! Ready to turn a new leaf.

Just finished my first workout--Very sweaty- I am very out of shape but going to stick to it!! Not sure how to place the exercise in to track it. It doesn't come up in the search engine. Can anyone help me out with this?

I am with you-I too needs some encouragement and friends to take the journey. I will keep myself accountable to track everything!! It truly does make a difference. I am also a beginner with alot to lose:)
