I started drinking Core beverage...uses some superfruit...but anyway, only 5 calories per serving , so 10 cal for entire bottle and it makes you poop like nobody's business! It's better than coffee! No joke :)

I love bolthouse farms! Their dressings are great and low cal. I usually use lemon juice or avocado or a light balsamic vinegarette. I also love greek salad, so I usually get with no dressing. The feta cheese, chopped tomato, and all the ingredients make it so good... don't even need dressing!

I love spaghetti squash! Turkey meatballs, and mix it in like regular pasta...any ingredients you want to add! Chopped onions, peppers, etc....w any sauce. Thanks! Yes, I have a heel spur and plantar faciitis. I will check out the link! That stretch sounds good...similar what I do when I'm not in the pool. :) I do find swimming to help me alot with my foot, regardless of how many calories i burn, so that is a plus!

lol yeah, seriously! Well when I was working out harder, I ate like 1500...but with swimming, I don't burn alot so it sucks. I'm 5'4 and need to lose like 10-15 lbs to be in a healthy weight range. I lost it a few years ago and then gained it back. :( Playing catch up now..
