  • I'm in! (I've been determined to do all of these minichallenges since I saw them this past week!) Edit: I did it! (I thought I would get it out of the way as I saw this post right after doing my Insanity workout of the day)
  • The price is good and the people are really friendly at my Planet Fitness. The machines are always in great shape and there are a lot of cardio machines. Mine doesn't really enforce the no judgement zone (and how can you really enforce that?) But I love it and it fits my college budget needs.

  • Did it. Figured I would do some sort of exercise on Christmas Day as I don't feel like doing an actual workout. XD ...And it also happens to be my rest day from Insanity and I'm not supposed to be doing anything anyway...Oops lol

  • Hi, my name is Cynthia and I'm actually on day 13 of Insanity but I'm sure I'll continue it into the new year and possibly even further than the 60 days. How is the 30 day shred by the way? I was thinking about trying that next. Or has anyone done p90x? That's another one of my options when I'm done Insanity.

  • I'm doing a special 12 Days of Christmas workout that I made to the 12 Days of Christmas song and then maybe a run but it's supposed to be my rest day from Insanity...but I hate taking rest days lol
  • I just uhad the steamers Farmers Blend for dinner and it was pretty good. Not my favorite steamer but not disappointed. A little too many cranberries for my taste in comparison to the vegetables and there is always too much sauce for my taste. If you drain off some of the sauce though the steamers are always good.
