I'm 18 (less than 2 weeks from 19!) am 5'4 and weigh about 115. I am on day 10 of Insanity and have pretty much the same goal in mind. I eat about 1500 calories (give or take) depending on the day of the workout. I just started using a heart rate moniter today and it said I burned 373 calories for the Plyometric workout.…

I usually workout fasted but sometimes I eat later in the night so that may quell some of the hunger pains I would feel. If I do eat something it may be a couple of almonds or something that is small just because I do Insanity in the morning and if I eat too much right before I workout then I feel sluggish and my stomache…

I do the same thing so I don't have an excuse not to do it. It starts my day off right too. The only one I would consider not doing earlier in the day is Cardio Recovery just because it is easy enough and relaxing enough where I won't have to force my self to do it.

13.5" are the size of my calves. I think mine are proportional to my size and I like how muscular they are. Muscular calves are a must for me. When I can't contract them and see muscle, then I know I have to work out more.

From about 3rd to 7th grade I had a very large, round head and my parents called it a soccer ball head. I knew they were only joking and that it wasn't meant to be hurtful (and I admitt it did look like a soccer ball) but it didn't make it any better.

For butts I have found the leg machines really good and I've also started Insanity (today was Day 17) which has worked wonders with how toned I am. I feel like my butt looks so good because of Insanity. All of the jumps, squats, stretching and cardio work has done wonders not just for my butt, but my whole body.

Despite it being MFP. I ate/drank milkshakes, frosty's, smoothies and water ice. But that was the only thing I ate lol. Like my breakfeats was just a chickfila milkshake and I didn't eat real food for a couple of days cause chewing was torture and my face blew up like a puffer fish

Just finished Day 16 of Insanity and I'm in maintance mode at the moment but I definitely feel a lot stronger and am getting more defined even in this holiday time (where I ate a lot of food) and I'm only 16 days in! So you will definitely see results and I highly recommend it!
