I'll do this. Never done it before, but I'm feeling motivated! Already started my September off on the right foot with a quick workout this morning and walking hills planned during my son's baseball practice tonight! Is there a special group I need to join / add so I can see everyone's progress?

I think it depends on how tall you are, too. I'm 5'2 and have no problem staying at 1200 cals / day. I usually have a protein bar for breakfast, then usually only water until lunch when I have a chicken breast and raw veggies, or black beans and chicken in a tortilla, or a tuna wrap. No afternoon snack, and then often eggs…
