You can do it, I need the accountability too. I'm going to do everything I can to ensure I stick with my weight loss this time. :)

I understand, the hardest thing is doing this without support and someone holding you accountable. I'd be happy to help. Good luck!

Take your kiddo out somewhere nice :) I am going on a trip to Canada - what should I try to sneak back into the country :)

Me too - I had to push the lap bar down / dig it into me, then slide down so my body was literally forcing the bar down and deeper into me. Couldn't ride with my son on a few rides so I understand your pain. Good luck in this as I want to get on another roller coaster too!

I have hypothyroidism as well, it doesn't help weight loss for sure. Best of luck with your challenges. If you need any help let me know.

I have contemplated one, but more to make sure I am keeping active vs. steps, etc. Just making sure I am up and moving more.

Careful, next time you might have one too many and no amount of Long Islands will help you forget....

I used this, and now I keep telling myself I need to get Wii Fit U and get back into it. As long as nobody saw me, I really enjoyed Dance Dance Revolution. I was notoriously bad at the game, but it always got my heart going and some sweat as well.

I use the same advice I give to my 4 year old. Make good choices. I don't go all militant on what I eat and don't eat, but I do make sure I don't binge on bad stuff and steer myself towards the good. A little exercise has gone a long way too. I think after a while it all runs together and becomes easier and the body tends…

Nice to see so many folks coming out this. Introvert here pushing myself to not be one, the problem is as an adult I don't know how to make friends. My son who is 4 says he just goes up to other kids, then starts playing and they become friends. If only it was this easy in adulthood. I'm in the maybe 2 or 3 friends total…

Added, good luck

Sade - Smooth Operator, actually anything she has will get the job done.

Some iteration of this just seems obligatory.

Agreed, no shame in a grind or two to get the motor revving when spooning.

+1 to that.

Kudos and welcome, the biggest thing is accountability. I'm trying this again and looking for a group to keep me on track. Too easy to get lost without one. Good luck.

I have to give kudos for the awesome avatar.

Hooray for inconsistency. I am in the same boat. I just decided a couple days ago I need to hit it full speed. Let me know if you need any support.

Feel free to add, I start T25 tomorrow morning. :)

Kudos to you!

Welcome and best of luck, feel free to reach out for support.

Same here, I don't even recall when I made mine, but it was far too long ago. I have a renewed commitment now that summer is here and I just feel less stressed. I want to make this work.

Has anyone tried Aldi? just stand next to the shopping carts with a fist full of quarters?

Of course, everyone knows all the fine ladies hang out at soup kitchens.

I guess i decided to resurrect this because I'm having a moment. Not sure what that moment is, but I do know it's a combination of loneliness and frustration in where I'm at right now. Losing weight won't solve all my problems, but maybe if it gets at one or two of them, I'll call it enough of a win to find something new…
