Quite a bit since I used real pb but it fit into my day just fine. Here are the stats: 420 cal / 26 carb / 19 fat / 42 protein. With the PB2 instead it would be 285 cal / 23 carb / 4.5 fat / 40 protein :)

I used a BMR calculator [BMR = 10 x weight (kg) + 6.25 x height (cm) – 5 x age (years) – 161] and it says my BMR is 1394.04748.
