in thailand I had my favourite ground meat dish(you can use pork, beef or chicken) using garlic, onions, thai holy basil(or regular if u can't find it)dry and fresh chillies, add in ground beef and season with fish sauce, soya sauce and oyster sauce.I would think they add sugar as well but I do mine without..normally served…

I am super sugar sensitive and can handle berries on occasion as long as it's with something high fat(clotted cream/devon cream). I think everyone is different. If you find you have no sugar issues I wouldn't be too concerned with eating fruits on the lower end of fructose..stick to the fruit mentioned all the time in…

I get raw, organic nuts (almonds and cashews),I roast them, throw them into the food processor and add some pink salt or maldon salt. That's it..you can add in flavours if you want but they are so sweet and rich and the best nut butter, there is no need to add the extras

Age,activity and all the rest comes in it.I would say just play around and see what works for your body.Eventually it will start to move. Some people also talk…

I had a quick look at some of the foods you have logged and from what I could see,you may need to adjust your macros a bit and perhaps up your calories..they seem really low but that could be b/c you are not logging everything. Higher fat(lots of people sit around 60-65%)moderate protein and low carbs..carbs coming from a…

I often have a soup in the fridge(thai butternut squash with home roasted cashews and almonds). Soup is very easy and very filling.I would sometimes have half and avocado with the soup for an extra bit of fat.

I have a child(he's 6)and he eats a lot of similar things but without the seasoning. I make large batches of food and eat the same thing for days at a time. It's not to everyones taste but it works well for me.Similar breakfast everyday, usually no lunch and similar dinners..this would be the same dinner for maybe 3 days…

A lot of people on primal and paleo will set there fat at the highest.I have mine set at 65%,I have my protein at 25% and carbs at 10%.I am able to get about 70 grams of carbs with that but often eat under.

if you take a block of butter and cook it on really low temps u can make your own. eventually all the foam goes away, the milk solids separate and u are left with the butter oil. it's very easy to make and not as expensive as buying ready made.It takes almost no effort either.

you look beautiful, before and after!congrats on your successes thus far and good luck in the months to come!
