I can imagine that your hormones are probably all over the place! That may be part of the reason. Just keep doing what you're doing. If you're working out and eating right, then the weight will come off. Also, try only weighing once a week (always at the same time of day as your last weigh-in) , so that way normal daily…

There have been a couple of days since I started that I literally cannot squeeze in the time for the workout. When it happens I'll end up doubling up the next day, or making it up on my designated rest day. I don't think JM would recommend it, but every once in a while I think would be okay. Stuff happens!

Although not much weight loss (I've only really noticed less bloat on myself), my husband has noticed my stomach looks flatter. Again, probably the bloat haha. He comments on my change in confidence too though. We moved over Christmas away from my family and friends. I'll see them again at Easter, so I'm hoping to have…

Praying the high levels are from something easily remedied! So hard to see our furbabies in pain :(

Richard, I have a Sheltie (in my pic). She looks like a collie too, but is only 10 pounds. I wonder if your Benji has some Sheltie in him?

Keep us updated! Hopefully he feels better!

I've actually been doing them in my socks since I'm on carpet! But I know I can't do that much longer or I can hurt myself. I have New Balaces that are nice and broken in that I'll start using.

This is incredible! You look amazing. Like a whole new person! Smaller, healthier, and SO much younger! Good for you!

I have my eye on a maxi skirt that I don't feel I can pull of right now. Oh, and bathing suits of course :)

I think it's great too to get enough calories. It really prevents you from feeling deprived and binging! Eating back the calories is tricky though, some people do it and some people don't. I don't have a HRM, so I'm never sure what my calorie burn is. Therefore I try to keep my calorie goal the same (1500) regardless of…

Like Jillian said, if you have to modify, that's okay! As long as you're doing what you can, be proud of yourself for that!

Anyone can friend me too! Just started on 1/31, so I'm on Day 6. Just finished the workout, excited for my rest day tomorrow!

I started on 1/31 but I'd like to join too! My starting is 163. And yes, on Day 2 my shoulder/armpit area was SO sore! That was gone the next day, but my hamstrings have stayed sore! Good luck to everyone on the friendly competition!

I started on Thursday 1/31 so I'm a few days behind you guys but close enough! I'm on Day 5, I'm doing the kickstart workouts, but not the diet plan. Just sticking to my normal healthy eating and restricted calories. I'm sore but it feels good! Glad to find this group to help me stay accountable :)

I would just do whatever works for you! I work out first thing too without eating anything first. That makes some people lightheaded though. Just do what feels comfortable :)

Started on Thursday 1/31... on Day 5 now. Decided to join MFP because I'm losing some momentum from my sore muscles! (Hamstrings especially)... knowing all you are doing it too will be a huge help. Good luck!

If you do Kickstart week, you do the regular plan, while adding Cardio 1 every day as well. So Day 1 would be: Workout 1 & Cardio 1. Day 2: Workout 2 & Cardio 1. Day 3: Cardio 1 Twice I'm on Day 5 of Kickstart week right now. The extra daily Cardio 1 has been a struggle for me because I'm so sore from the workouts!
