Or check their forums if you want to put something togther by your self. I'm us Kris Gethin's 12 week program. I like having every detail laid out for me, some people like to make up your own.…

OP, at the risk of soundng callous, you have to find ways to learn to suck it up. I say learn to, and not just "suck it up, buttercup" because I mean learn about yourself--what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong. Find ways to fix it and find ways to take you mind off when things go wrong. And they will go…
Damn, I didn't know they tossed you right off the bat nowadays. I joined in 98 and we just "did" PT and had seemingly arbitrary goals that had no bearing after BMT because we were on a VO2 cycle ergometry test.
I joined in 97 and barely remember doing PT. They're serious about it nowadays. PT fail is one…

Air Force doesn't do pulls as part of the PT test. In basic they do them during PT, but they're not part of the test. If you show up to Air Force BMT unable to pass the PT test -- 1.5 mile run, 1 minute push ups, 1 minute sit ups you will be sent home. Intial PT test is the first Saturday morning. Failures are gone by…

I just got some Pro Jym in from Jim Stoppani. CHocolate Cookie Crunch. Mixes great and tastes amazing. It's a blended protein whey, casein, milk and egg. Plus it has cookie bits in it.

That's not quite right. It bounces between 4 and 5 days lifting. Rest days still require the two 20 minute cardio sessions.

I'm starting it on Sunday. His nutrition plan seems a little vague, I prefer to Jim Stoppani ones where he tells you exactly what macros to hit during each phase. But I'm using IIFYM's calculator so we'll see how it goes. Kind of limited to chow availabke in DFACs over here. Feel free to add me, be good to share the pain…

It's not a disability, but the sad part is it's becoming accepted as the norm--"Big is Beautiful," plus size models and the way that mom who got in shape after her kids got destroyed on facebook. Couple of years ago I was an Instructor at Air Force Basic Training. I lost count of the 18 and 19 year olds who came into…

Greetings back at ya from KNAIA. How's the chow there? Chow halls here are killing me.

Basically, it's the way you burn calories after the exercise. From Jim Stoppani: "The major reason HIIT works so well for dropping body fat is due to the greater calorie burn (or EPOC—excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) that's maintained after the workout is over. In other words, you burn more calories and more body…

Well I rdie a desk for 12 hours a day in an air conditioned facility. So not much expediture going on there. I do walk a lot--everybody here does. But I also have a Jawbone UP which forces me to walk the long way wherever I go. I use IIFYM and just updated my macros again. Right now aiming for 1,979 cals, 182 gm protein,…
