PW 150.8 CW 149 YAY! in the 140s again! Sitting in the parking lot of the gym about to go to weight lifting class. A friend gave me 2 quarts of honey so I am going to make baklava today (never made it before). So hopefully I can find enough neighbors etc to pass out extras!

I love breakfast! Today I had steel cut oats with almonds, dates, flax seed meal, and soy milk. So delicious. I prep it the night before, soak the oats, almonds, dates in boiling water then warm it up in the morning and add the soy milk and flax. Super easy. Username jpedno Weigh in day Saturday PW 150.2 CW 149.6 Im excited to be in the 140s but when I first stepped on the scale it said 150.6. I did not like that answer so I turned off and on scale and tried again. 3x in a row after that I got 149.6. now let's see if I can keep it in the 140s next week. I'll post steps later-

@Megan_smartiepants1970 10/1 9,586 Had a good weekend. Went to the gym yesterday and took a nice walk with a friend today. Harvested a bunch of basil from the garden and made pesto and basil oil today. Also apple crisp with the neighbor's apples. It's starting to get a chill in the air! I love fall!
