In "Order of Operations" Multiplication/Division comes before Addition/Subtraction, so it kind of is like it's in parenthesis, since you do it first.

That's what my trainer recommended to get to the goal BF%; although technically I think I'm only 5'5.5".

No it's not. 3x0 = 0 so it's 7 - 4 +0 +1 = 3 + 0 +1 = 3 + 1 = 4

I've heard that your total for the week is more important than your daily totals anyway, so you COULD balance it out by eating a little extra over the next few days.
