I ate some birthday cake yesterday and am up a pound this morning... It's okay! I knew I'd have to pay for it! I'm also putting on muscle as well, so hard to tell what caused it. Time to cut back on sugar again! :-)

Cynniedint - I've thought about public speaking, but have no experience really. I have been asked to do it, but will have to look into it more. I would love to do therapy though!

Jolt - they have sodium free turkey breast meat at the deli counter at my market - Holiday Market in Canton MI. Sometimes they run out and I have to go for reduced sodium turkey instead. Best wishes!
