Nope, not one bit. And it isn't just alcohol that I don't drink anymore either. Pop, juice, whatever. It's all gone now with the exception of milk once in a while.

The course is pretty decent, especially the second half. The final stretch is pretty solid too. Lot's of spectators. If it's windy, the first half can suck though. Not that I've run it of course, but I've worked it the past two years and ran the 5k part this year. A lot of open country early on, then it gets down in to the…

GL to everyone running one of the races this weekend. I am doing the 5k tomorrow and mini-me is doing the kids k. I will then be a course marshal for the marathon on Sunday.

I believe today is the last day to signup. I haven't yet. I'm going to run later today and see how that goes. I haven't ran much lately since starting Insanity.

I like to cut them in half, flatten them out a bit, and bake them for a few minutes so they turn in to cookies. The white chocolate raspberry is amazing!
