Slowing down has definitely helped out. Pretty much just running on the treadmill to try and train myself to pace better. Each day running is an improved C25K day. Hopefully we can keep getting better. Thanks all.

I've slowed myself down a little bit, not much though. Regardless, this week has been better. I've gotten through the intervals just fine and without laboring to get there like the past few weeks. Maybe just talking about it and reading your advice has helped? Thanks!

Thank you all. Shoes - a few years ago I did go to a running store to get setup. I think I'm ok there, and am on my second pair of the same ones. Speed - I'm damn slow. When I'm on a treadmill it's obviously a little easier to know what I'm doing. I did most of it today at 5.0, with about 1/4 of the time at 5.2. I changed…

GL! Duluth is amazing. Finally made it up there late this past fall. Need to go again! I don't believe I'll be up there for that race weekend,but someday maybe. I do have a crazy idea for my hometown marathon this year though. We'll see how the training goes.
