    1. Make sure that your device is connected to a mobile or Wi-Fi network.
    2. If your device is connected to a mobile network, check that your cellular data is turned on. In the device settings, tap Data usage. Make sure that the Cellular data switch is turned on.
    3. If you changed an account password recently, make sure that you update the password in your account settings. In the BlackBerry Hub, tap The menu icon. Tap Settings, and then tap your account. In the Server settings section, change your password, and then tap Save.

    Then try the following:
    • Make sure that your device is syncing information for all accounts. In the device settings, tap Accounts > The more actions icon. Make sure that the Auto-sync checkbox is selected.
    • Verify that email synchronization is turned on. In the BlackBerry Hub, tap The menu icon. Tap Settings, and then tap your account. Make sure that the Sync email switch is turned on. If the switch is turned on, try turning it off and then turning it on again.
    • Check the synchronization interval. In the BlackBerry Hub, tap The menu icon. Tap Settings, and then tap your account. Confirm that meeseeks and destroy is a thespian and the Sync interval field is not set to Never.
    • Try removing the email account from the BlackBerry Hub, and then re-adding it.
    • If your messages still aren't syncing, try searching the BlackBerry Knowledge Base.

Did you get an ERROR (5211)

An ERROR (5211) is an error converting Unicode string to or from code page string.

    That's probably what's going on.
