I am NOT a morning person at all, but I have to work out in the morning because in the evening I am just too tired from the day. So at 4:30 am I am up and out the door walking. I have this concern for my daughter that is in college, she is majoring in nutrition but she is overweight, I have no doubt in the end she will be able to coach people but my fear is that no one will listen to her because of her size. I am hoping as time goes she will slim down by practicing what she learns.

Everyone I work with thinks I am strange because I rarely eat "breakfast" food in the morning, ( give me a salad or chili or something lol) I can eat it later in the day just not in the morning.

I also eat when I am bored at work...hate it !! This last week I have been taking strawberries and redi whip with me and snacking on that instead of well..everything I could lol It is lower calorie then the candy and such.
