I have started doing level 1 and 2 every day to get more of a workout, I do have to modify some of the routine to fit what I can do. I am hoping that if i just stick with it i will be able to do the routines normally.

I was thinking today about doing the shred vid twice daily, I also have a elliptical and a gym in one thing. My thighs were having a hard time with the elliptical so I started the shred to help build those muscles up.

Day 3, yesterday was wow lol I was sore from the day before but worked thru it and did fine. Today I wasn't sore at all soooo progress!!!

Completed day 2 here, yesterday I couldn't get through the whole thing but today I totally did !! lol yay. Granted I did have to stop a couple times to breath, and maybe marched instead of cardio lol but still finished ! I keep telling myself .... It will get easier don't give up!!!

I have always had this issue with my teenagers, I do have to hide and or mark what is mine and even then, they will still eat it sometimes. Because of them, I occasionally am a food hoarder lol

Ha!, I would go with the steak also if thats what you enjoy most. You don't always have to eat the sides that comes with it. Eat half and take half home, that is normally what I do.

I have to hear about this daily from a co-worker, yes she has lost weight, yes she regains some of it after the " 24 day challenge" is over, so she just keeps doing the 24 day challenge over, buying the drinks etc. I will let my rant end there lol because I could go on and on and it doesn't get pretty.

I have been craving PB for a couple days, I probably should not have come to this thread. lol
