I would just set your activity level on MFP accordingly. If it's daily activity you probably shouldn't log it separately from your MFP settings....

There is a farmers market every Sunday during the summer near me and last year (and hopefully this year...i haven't been yet) there was a girl who sold tea there. She grew all the ingredients herself and put all the different flavor combinations together herself. It's soooooo good. Expensive but delicious.

OP Where are you from? I know the Whole Foods in my area has some loose leaf. I also know of at least 5-10 tea shops in the area that sell it as well.
