Do you have any evidence to support this? Whenever I gain muscle though weight training and then I stop the training and the diet that earned me that muscle, it went away quickly. Would I get it back faster if I started that training once more than I did during the initial gain and specific diet? Yes. Would it just…

Because becoming a "coach" just means becoming a sales rep. It's a scam for marketing purposes.

Don't base it on motivation. Motivation NEVER stays with you consistently. You have to keep plugging away even when you have zero desire to do so. My thyroid sais bye Felicia too. I've lost 15 more since the day it made the grand exit from my neck. My doctor keeps me hypothyroid with the meds I take for the replacement…

Exercise isn't required for weight loss. Exercise can help with increasing a deficit (or keeping it the same while allowing more calories to be consumed. However, exercise can increase appetite. On some days, I find it harder to stick to my deficit because the hard workouts really spike my desire to eat. That said, I still…

No. So. Much. No.

Not for me. Yesterday for me was a flop. I still logged every bite. The day I let go of those sorts of connotations with my food choices and amounts was a breakthrough for me. Some days I'm on point some days I'm not; it's not a source of embarrassment. That's over for me.

People are attracted to what they are attracted to. It's neither a right or wrong issue. Personally, I am not sexually attracted to obese men either. Tell him. Might it cause some tension? Almost assuredly. But it's already there, just in a different form as evidenced by this post. Shifting that tension might do some good…

I just ate dinner and now I'm hungry again. I wish there was a Cheesecake Factory near me.

You might be bringing a preconceived notion to this. You might have "noticed" it because you were subconsciously looking for it even though it's not even there.

This made me think of something: "Prick Up Your Ears" Family Guy episode

You and I have such an obvious disparity of reasoning regarding this subject that it's not even worth either of us trying to convince one or the other. You think over eaters have it harder than alcoholics. I think that's a laughable assertion. Let's leave it at that.

No.

Maybe go back to your natural gait. See if that makes it better.

It's just a cut. Steaks, roasts, burger; they are all just methods for butchering. They most certainly do exist. If this seems like I'm just stating the obvious (I feel like I am), I'm only doing it because I'm confused by the OP. There are lots of foods I've never eaten, or versions of food in this case, but I don't…

Asking wasn't the problem. Lamenting the lack of participation you wanted and ignoring the participation your thread did get...

Well this is a plot twist. Why the low eating and doubled up exercise, OP? Because those are two huge red flags for eventual injury, sickness and/or ED behaviour.

At what point is it ethics vs convenience? Life saving medication is okay. It's okay to ethically harm animals if it saves a human life. When does it stop being okay? One day without toothpaste? Two? A week? At what point is an animal worth more or less than convenience? I imagine this is very individual.

Perhaps working up to greater endurance levels would be prudent instead of hitting the x2 button suddenly. Perhaps the double upped exercise is to blame. It's the obvious culprit for your fatigue.

Then you didn't read the responses. And you ignored the explaination of why your linked abstract is highly suspect and why it shouldn't be used as a basis for saying that meal timing matters unequivocally and has practical significance. I'm sorry the user base didn't spend a lot of time drowning you in peer reviewed…

And regardless of the obviousness of the OP... Because loved ones, the people closest to a person in their life, are completely incapable of any influential affect. We aren't isolated islands. We influence and affect and are influenced and affected by the people we are with most everyday, even without our realizing it.…

OP couldn't care less how this thread goes. Scratch that, OP is delighted by the direction this thread has taken and this was the hoped for outcome. I'm surprised so many people are falling for it.

That one's not bad since the text is included. They need to emoji that Willy Wonka meme somehow. That's sarcasm personified.
