How YOU doing?

Agreed. I didn't get that far after my brain exploded with the first impossible word combination.
-
Research and YouTube should not be in the same sentence.
-
Overhyped. If Dr. Oz pushed/pushes it then it's overhyped.
-
Firefly? Those are pretty gooey.

This thread is great! I've learned that googling something and reading random websites counts as peer reviewed research. Green tea is NOT for weightloss. It's flavored water with a tiny amount of micronutrients.

Only half. You only count what you consume.

Okay. I just wanted to point out that it isn't a superior food and should not be touted as such. You like it, you make it fit. Good for you.

Coffee, no calorie sweetener, BAM! Sweet but coffee flavored drink.

Alright. If you're just in it for the flavonoids, just make sure it isn't alkali processed. Other foods contain far more flavonoids than dark chocolate which are also more vitamin and mineral dense: Parsley, blueberries, onions, all citrus fruits, bananas, (and many more). Like I said, eat it if you like it but there's…

I'm tired of this highly subjective trope. The gym is not required to look good naked since "look good" is highly subjective and not everyone agrees that the physique that can be attained in the gym (presumably with a progressive resistance program) is the only one that looks good naked.

Avoid nails, tree bark, brightly colored frogs, lawn chairs, tires and toadstools. These are unhealthy foods. Oh, and those colorful little swords in some mixed drinks should be avoided too. They are not candy.

What has been touted as the superfood quality of dark chocolate is actually destroyed in the cooking process. It is not superior to milk chocolate. It has fewer calories due to less sugar and that's about it. Eat it if you like it but it's not better for you nor does it have any superfood benefit.…

We agree completely on the bolded bit. And OP never mentioned CI/CO.

I'm going to have a Big Mac and fries tomorrow and I'll probably have a Freddy's turtle sundae tonight. I love fast food and sweet treats. http://youtu.be/xfr64zoBTAQ

So is a beach body coach flagging posts or what?

GROUNDBREAKING!!!

If they aren't installed properly then a slight bow of the center inward toward the wall will result in a thin mirror and a slight bow of the center away from the wall will result in a fat mirror.

How do I deal with it? I wave and keep on keeping on. Don't currrr!

I find your lack of faith disturbing.

I would enjoy it with no worries and get back to work once the holiday has ended. You do what you think is best for YOU though.

Good luck! The only way it will be a waste of money is if you don't use it as the tool it is meant to be, a way to measure and increase daily activity. If combined with a calorie deficit, it can be an excellent tool for both weight loss and increased physical activity. If it isn't used as a way to set goal posts, then it…

Seeing as how myfitnesspal is geared toward the body, I'd say the culture is appropriate. OP, lifting is essential for certain fitness/aesthetic goals. It is not essential for all fitness/aesthetic goals. There are body aesthetics that are only attainable with lifting. Though the "look good naked" is purely subjective and…

I concur with the first three posters. Sorry, OP and good luck.

Yes. There wasn't a chemical reaction that took place to make the H2O turn anything into a thing else. It's still water. It's just flavored now.
-
Truth. I'd love to wear some loose fitting halter style shirts but they just hang off the girls and do an impression of a moomoo hiding the shape I have. There are pluses and drawbacks to every breast size/shape.

They are lifting naked? Is that sanitary? Or safe? ETA: someone beat me to the punch on page 1...

I start in Sept. I won't let it be an excuse. Success in one endeavor does not mean another has to suffer or fail.
