  • I do cardio and heavy weights 4x a week with 3 rest days. My goal is to loose weight while toning to eventually compete in a competition. Everyone has to remember that abs are made in the kitchen. Feed your body the best by eating clean!
  • Hiya! I'm Jenn. After 4 neck surgeries from an injury in a car crash 5.5 years ago I am FINALLY able to exercise again! I eat clean, count calories and regularly lift weights with some cardio. ~~Since September I've lost 45 pounds.~~ My goal weight is 130. Current weight is 169. Add me ;-)
  • Hi, I am also new to MFP and am looking for friends. My gym routine consists of lifting weights 5x's a week and cardio. I am 30 years old, have 3 kids, CW 169, GW 130. I've been eating clean since September. So far this year I've lost 60lbs. Looking for support along the way. Jenn
