Sounds like the kind of friend I need, I don't need to cry on your shoulder, just smack me around a little.

I combine one packet of instant oatmeal with a tblsp of PB2, a scoop of chocolate protein powder, a packet of stevia, and 2/3 cup water, then microwave...whallaaa: Chocolate peanut butter oatmeal.

Beer and the knowledge that after work tomorrow I'm hitting up Lake Chelan, sans kiddo, and with a cooler full of booze!! :drinker:

In the message board, go to search, and then type in posting photos, you'll get some help there.

Well, I can certainly tell the difference! Good job! As long as you've noticed the difference and feel better, than you know you're on the right track. This has to be for you, though I do understand a little recognition for what you've already accomplished is appreciated. So keep it up!

Is this instead of the hot dog bun? I suppose it would be possible, just butter the outside of the sandwich like you would a grilled cheese. Might get messy as the peanut butter and jelly heat up. Can't say I've tried it myself, but let me know.

My gym has a room where the kids can play while I work out, though they don't have wifi and my daughter would easily be entertained with anything electronic and she would be bored there. Sometimes I drive us both up to the local middle school and she rides her bike around while I walk. I have started getting up early three…

That's what I was thinking!

Chances are she just wanted her friend to tell her she wasn't fat....probably fishing for compliments more than actual disgust with her body.

You could purchase a heart rate monitor and wear it while you hike, then you can log that right into your exercise and add it to your regular activity. I got a New Balance HRM with chest strap and watch. It's pretty comfortable and most of the time I don't realize I'm wearing it because it sits right under my bra. It's…

I started with WW meetings, and then went to online. When it got to pricey I started using a different calorie counter website but found it hard to add food and the data base wasn't quite as extensive as this one. I like it here. I also have a fitbit and like that the two sites interact with each other. I hope you find…

You just take it. Then you say, "I'm never going to look like this again!" And you start your new life.....

I did the same thing. I signed up for MFP and then worked at it hard for a couple months, then faded out. Then I bought a FitBit pedometer, and started up again, and again it faded out. Now, I'm serious.

I use mine during circuit training. I keep them in the kitchen because that's where I do most of my working out. It has the most floor space and it's uncarpeted, as most kitchens are. On occasion I have used them as cooking accessories, to weight lids down, but not that often.

Mornings between 8-8:10. After my shower but before I'm completely dressed. So basically I walk around in my underwear until I weigh myself. I have a bathrobe, but never bother. Ehh, I'm sure my neighbors love it. :)

I'm bad. I don't take a key and rarely take ID but when I do I put the ID in my bra. I do the same with my phone...because I time my laps, it's constantly in and out. I'm sure I look cute at the track, anyway. Sometimes I wear a light jacket or sweatshirt with pockets for my phone but that's it.

I never plan a cheat day but life happens and you always get stuck in a situation where you don't have the healthiest choices at your finger tips. I don't let it discourage me though. I try and fine something on the menu (because it's usually because I'm eating out) and hop on my MFP app and compare calories. Then I…
