I have been on Saxenda since July 13 and have lost 27 lbs. It's true you have to keep track of your food and exercise.. but with Saxenda it's really hard to overeat. Well I completed day 5 last night. I started 7 days ago. I skipped one day here and one day there. I haven't found it any easier from day 1 and day 5, I doubt I'll be ready for level 2 after 10 sessions!
