I would first weigh myself on a different scale. Then I would increase my water in take and since your treadmill is broke go to YouTube and find a exercise that fit you and do it once or twice a day and its free. Unhealthy, I love them. If I eat pack I add more water and eat 1/2 a pack. And drink two to four cups of water after.

I use to do the samething...weigh myself three, four times a day. I will drive yourself crazy and it is very discouraging. Weigh yourself once maybe twice a week if needed but in the morning after using the bathroom.
