yeah, it's possible. my BMI is 20.7 and body fat is 30% the accuracy varies though..

wanting to look good.. to be in better health and not just sit on my *kitten* all day every day. what gave me a really good kick was seeing someone I felt jealousy towards showing off her flat tummy.. lol.

don't think about it too much, there's always going to be someone who is slimmer than you or in better shape than you, no matter your size.. you are there for you and no one else.

I prefer working out alone too, at my own pace (: much more satisfying to me.

I think what you're doing sounds good.. my weight stayed the same for months too, but I still lost body fat (going to gym).

too early for you to worry about it. give it a month or two, and I think you should up your cals since you're exercising that much.

you "bulky" ladies are such an inspiration! :) I go to gym, my program uses machines, barbells and body weight.. I'm trying to build my strength and hopefully I can do some heavy lifting later on ;)

it will relax you and increase your blood circulation. and you will be clean once you shower after :P oh, our gym has infrared sauna too. I don't use it.

I haven't found a celeb with a body I'd like for myself... :P you just don't see a muscular girl in TV a lot, not here anyway so I wouldn't know where to look.. ^^; but I do keep some random pics in my closet to look at in the morning :D

A towel Water bottle Shoes wrist wraps gym program keys I think that's about it, I don't shower at gym and I change clothes at home usually.

my wrists are realllly tiny. however, my hips. are not. and the measurement on my chest would suggest a bigger bust, but nope. xP so weird.

I wasn't able to do ANY sort of pull up before. NOT even with a band so I think you're good :P I just go to gym, do my routines, and once in a while I tried to do a pull up, started seeing improvements.. :) Now I can manage to do one pull up ^^ it might be a slow process but to me it feels great.

nope.. I haven't ´been much bigger ever, but when I was chubbier, I also had more boobs (like c+). I never got much attention to my boobs normally, but when they were bigger people stared at them a lot. it was very disturbing. some men even did the 'talking to your boobs' thing O.o that was very creepy for me, so happy…

just keep doing it. 1 lbs in a week is good., and usually you do lose a lot first and then it balances down. I don't see anything wrong with what you're doing (well as long as you're getting enough calories). :)
