Water weight. Every time I change a workout to a new one I get that.. even without any diet changes.

Me from 2013 before joining gym and today. Before I weighed 54kg and today I weigh 50kg. I've lost a lot of fat and gained some muscle. BF% was 34.4% and now it's 24.4% so 10% drob in two years :D I still want to build more muscle..

Not used to it still! I still think I'm on the chubbier side, only time I notice it is when trying on my clothes that are so big on me, or when I try on a cloth from someone else that I thought I was about the same size with! And in pictures if there are other people next to me.. :D It's quite obvious. But yeah, still…

You just have to make it happen.. I am such a night person too, but since my husband wakes up really early, I have managed to get up early too (for the morning coffee mainly!). I have a lot of time before heading to work, I get to be lazy for a good while before hitting the gym. x3 Also I sometimes take a 10-20 minute nap…

3 times a week at the gym, optional 1 home weight workout. 1-2 times a week body combat.

stick to 1200, definitely don't go under it. :) It is slow on us shorties, especially if there isn't much to lose. I'm 5'3'' and 1470 cals seems to work for me the best. I eat some exercise calories back but usually not all.

lower belly.. and then some in my butt and thighs but I don't mind that :D lower belly bothers me though

My arms and legs have improved a lot, but so has pretty much everything. There is no one place.. but my lower stomach still has fat on it, it's the most stubborn fat too! I need to work on that.

I only track my weight losses, even though it fluctuates and it might not hit that low for a while. I have conflicted feelings about my current thin figure. :|
