Your best and your worst?

What area of your body are you most proud of since you started training?
And secondly what area needs the most work?
My biggest improvement/change since I started training is my chest, legs and glutes
I want to improve everywhere! but one area in particular I really want to see improvement is my traps and carve out some abs that went missing during my first attempt at a bulk

My best has been my chest, legs and butt. My worst has been my stomach, even though I've lost quite a bit off of my stomach! I've lost 30.5 inches all over, 40 pounds down, and I still have a stomach pooch. Hate it! Want that gone and I want to trim up my triceps!0

My best is between my abs and my butt shelf (I am proud to say I have a bubble butt).
And the area that needs work on is my balance. I have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, so my balance is constantly off.0 -
Biceps it all started with a curl bar and a couple plates. I love working out arms0

Proud: Shoulders and legs
Needs work: Stomach and chest0 -
Most improved: My arms. I used to have very flabby ones. Now I want to show them off.
Needs Work: My butt will always need work.0 -
Best - legs, butt and back.
Still needs work - abs.0 -
My best: arms/shoulders.
Needs work: Stomach and booty0 -
I don't think I have a best/worst. My goal is to be balanced. If anything my legs a little bit light, but they are stronger than they are big.0

Best: back and shoulders. Most work needed: midsection. None of this is going to be fixed with exercise though since I do a ton of core work. It's an abs being made in the kitchen thing and I don't want to lose any more boobs to show more abs.0

My arms and legs have improved a lot, but so has pretty much everything. There is no one place.. but my lower stomach still has fat on it, it's the most stubborn fat too! I need to work on that.0

I'm more concerned with strength than much else. So, best (most improved): bench and deadlift. Needs most work: squat.0
