Just hang in there! My workouts are a whopping 30 minutes. I'm doing a C25K program (determined to do a 5K in May!), stationary bike or Yoga Meltdown from Jillian Michaels. Don't mind the scale, just keep track of your NSV's. They make all the difference! :happy:

I just count regular water, and shoot to empty my 1 liter water bottle twice a day, and then everything else is just a bonus.

Not personally given to me, but Jillian Michaels in her Yoga Meltdown - "Get comfortable with being uncomfortable". Whenever I think I'm going to quit during a workout, that's my mantra!

I've had those times where I've eaten something and said later, "well that was a bad idea", because a Pillsbury Grand felt like I had eaten a whole loaf of bread! Like others have said, the next meal is the more important one. Just because didn't do it "right" this time, doesn't mean it has to happen again.

I'm 5' 5.5" :) I'm looking to get down to 125, which was my weight in high school (and I've been this height since I was 13!). I'm starting out at 173, and a size 12 jeans. I'm not sure on dropping sizes, since I wore a size 12 when I was in high school, but we'll see! :happy:
