I started Level 3 today. When I started Level 1, I always needed a break during the second set of jump rope, and I couldn't do a pushup if my life depended on it. I was originally shooting for 125 (my high school weight), but then I realized muscle weighs more than fat (and I had no muscle in high school!), I'm shooting for the 130ish range now. No real final number, but I think I'll know when I'm done :)

I feel your pain, I'm still working my way through Christmas candy. I like the freezing solution, though my solution was to put all my candy in my suitcase, in a closet... so now whenever I want a piece, I have to go into my closet, take out the suitcase, unzip it, and extract whatever it is I want...

Make sure you're getting your form right, and don't overextend yourself. The first time I did Level 1, my knees were screaming the next day... turns out I was putting my knee over my toes in the side lunges! Fixed that, no more knee pain!

I use mine because it's more accurate, and it's easier than dirting a million measuring cups to figure out my portion sizes. I got a digital one that I can tare out after each item is added. It saves me a ton of time!

I go on my scale at random all week, and in different stages of dress (including with shoes!). Only one weigh-in counts (Tuesday AM). I end up seeing progress myself when the scale starts hitting what used to be my "official/low" weight of weeks prior when I'm wearing shoes/just eaten. My last real victory (slightly NSV)…

In terms of food, I luck out. Two of the women I work with are on Weight Watchers, one other is just straight out "dieting", and the last is eats healthy to begin with. My fun is one of the guys, who seems to think my going for a jog (C25K) is amusing...
