As above: Slice, season, place a bit of olive oil on an oven pan, and roast. Add homemade sauce and mozzarella after you take it out of the oven and the eggplant is delicious. Sorry went back to your OP, no oven. So save this recipe for future.

Fantastic. I am close to 50 myself and I feel good. I know what you mean when you can do simple things like trimming the toenails. You look great. Congrats and love the shirt.

Absolutely works for me. 46 pounds and steady as she goes. :)

I I read your story and am in awe of your accomplishment. You have made a great connection to your soul by discovering how important you are and how you have contributed to the positiveness in this world. Best of Luck with the operation. Keep on becoming. :)

I started the strong lift program as well. My son is helping me with form so I don't hurt myself. I am having trouble balancing the bar for presses as well so I am using a slightly wider grip on the bar and this is helping. :)

I have also squatted out a few kids myself. And as I recall they wore pull ups as well. :)

Choose healthy foods that are low in calories but can be eaten abundantly. You can eat high carb foods but then use up your calories quickly which in turn make you hungry quicker. It is really about what you eat. I have lost 39 lbs in 6 months. Hopefully 40 by tomorrow. I wish you success on your weight lossjourney.

Wow fantastic. I am soooo happy for you. You are a true inspiration. You go girl...

BTW I don't think MFP would suggest a 1200 calorie diet if it was dangerous.

I am the same height. I to eat 1210 calories. If I exercise and I do, I do not eat back all my calories. If I have a hungry day I eat but, I pick foods that are low glycemic. I find sticking to 1250 to 1400 calorie range is fine and I am losing weight consistently.

Also wondering what the benefits are to syncing my fitbit to MFP? Appreciate any advice and or help.
-
I just bought a fitbit one on Thursday. I am logging all my food on MFP as well as my exercise. I am also logging exercise on Fit bit. They are off a bit. For example I walked/jogged 2.74 miles today. MFP stated I burned 362 calories and the fitbit stated 465. Wasn't sure which is accurate. Fitbit stated very active. I…

The OP is talking about cardio not strength training.

No. I drink a EAS protein drink and I am fine. Really how ridiculous these discussion can get. Ugh

Marriage is a challenge that requires patience, compromise and commitment. At times it can be tough. Many treat it like a video game. When they get tired of it they simply quit. Just do us a favor. If you can't make a commitment to anyone for longer than 5 minutes please don't bring a child into the world. Children need a…

Same here. Not dieting. Just changing what and how I eat. So yes, dessert included in my macros. :)

Wow what a amazing transformation. Good job. You are the biggest winner by doing it the right way. Enjoy your birthday>

I went with Asic 20s. They are the best for me. Wow what a difference it made. I went to the reviews first on running shoes. I tend to pronate, roll over when I run. So the Asics are perfect for me. Google in reviews for running shoes.

Plain and simple juicing takes the fiber out of the fruits and vegetables. Besides I thought juicing is illegal. :)

I don't understand how MFP calculates calories burned for an exercise activity different from Healthstatus.com. Is one more accurate than the other? Example: Walked 63 minutes and MFP states calories burned = 300. Healthstatus = 466. Does anyone know who is more accurate. I am not wearing any kind of device to track my HR…

I like the elliptical because I can changes levels easier and it works well for interval exercise. It pumps up my HR quite well. It can be boring but I listened to my favorite music, (motivating) or I will watch a show. It is working for me. The treadmill is okay but I am one who cannot balance well at fast speeds without…
