Thru weight loss you couldn't determine where you would lose the weight, so with gaining you can;r determine where you will gain it. So putting on weight will not gurantee that it will go to your boobs. Get started with weight training as advised above and see what happens. You won't be disappointed.

I usually work out at 6 a.m. and drive 20 minutes to get to the gym. I have a shake on the way to the gym...1/2 c of blueberries; 1 scoop of protein powder; 2 tbsp wheat germ, 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk, ice and with addt'l water if needed all blended together. It is just enough, but not too much.

The older you are, the slower you shed the weight (I know, you don't want to hear that, but that's been my experience). If you are getting leaner, it's working. You can continue doing the cardio & the weights…

When my alarm goes off, I have a conversation in my head telling me that if I don't get up, I won't get to exercise then I have to really watch what I eat. Exercise gives me the extra…

It seems like I start over every other week. I do well during the 1st part of the week and seem to fall apart toward the end of the week. I feel that as long as I keep starting over, I won't allow my weight to creep up. Started over this week with the goal being to stick with my diet & exercise program for 10 days in a row…
